Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the domestic United States. Any shipments outside of the domestic United States are not available at this time. Local delivery is available and same day pick-up is also available in some areas and regions.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. We also do not offer same day pick up on Saturday or Sunday.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping or delivery charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
5. Damaged Items in Transport

Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- New Furniture: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
- Used Furniture: Returns for used items are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be in the same condition as sold, 10% restocking fee may apply. Valid proof of purchase required.
- All Products: Products damaged during shipping or delivery will be considered for full or partial refund depending on the condition it arrived in. Please reach out to customer services for further information. This does not apply to transportation of products by customer. See Transportation by Customer below.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders or items that have been altered.
- Items that have been installed.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Transportation by Customer: If product was picked up in store by customer and the product was damaged during transportation or upon arrival of the product within their possession, reXconomy holds no responsibility to damage by personal transport or self-moved items.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
